*Nature Story is currently looking to hire classroom aides and substitutes for our center in Helena:*
*At Nature Story, we do love our teachers, but we also LOVE our aides! We understand that these tiny humans cannot learn to their highest potential unless they are comfortable, safe, and clean.
Our aides and subs help support our teachers in the classroom and we cannot be a successful school without them! Aides should be energetic.
Cuddling, caring, kindness, and a playful nature are the secret ingredients to our success.
If you have experience in an early childhood classroom or daycare setting, then you know how rewarding this can be! If you do not have early childhood education experience, but love children and a challenge that requires stamina, patience, ample energy, and a coachable attitude, we can work with that! Aides can be flexible part-time to full-time with available on-site training.

*Responsibilities*:
* Assist with classroom management
* Should be able to move quickly and active consistently
* Should always be actively interacting with a child while supervising all other children
* Help with hygiene of children
* Help children participate in group activities by leading by example
* Make sure to reinforce students expectations
* Teach by example.
Show the children by doing it yourself
* Assist lead with requests and delegation
* Be coachable
* Help with cleaning duties
Requirements:
* Must comply with State Licensing Requirements
* Experience with small children
* Training is available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.
00 - $15.
