Discovery Kidzone Learning Centers Support Director Requirements: Must be a level 3 or higher on the Montana Practitioner Registry Must have or be close to having your CDA, AA in ECE, or BA in ECE Must have strong character with a servant's heart and good customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities: Making the Magic of PLAY a Priority for Future Generations! Assists Regional Director and Owner in setting organizational philosophy, culture, core values, policies, and procedures Collaborates on identifying staffing shortages and overages and hires staff accordingly Fills in the classrooms as needed to cover ratios and training needs.
